Love Story Of Life - Shy Inkdrops
The Magical Love Story Of Life
- Prerna Talwar
(Shy Indrop Times☺ )
Life is so surprising always. Sometimes the pitter-patter of raindrops can beautiful adjust a simple smile on your face and sometimes this same downpour can manage to unlock some of deepest desolation. Well, is it just a coincidence that the word 'Desolation' rhymes with 'Isolation'. Well, autumn does follow spring, the petals that bloom do close soon sometimes , and that perfect cup of coffee- Oh well ! it sometimes tastes too distasteful even with the perfect mathematical proportion of coffee and sugar. If happiness and sorrow are meant to co-exist then what brings the twist in this love story and put them poles apart.
I know - the very fancy of thought of expecting and accepting sadness in a long stride is not a welcome respite of life. After all, rainbows and rays of sunshine are what makes a perfect life look like. But, how about catching the glimpse of the Northern lights. The enchanting spell of lights casted on a winter sky is not just the world's most speculated phenomena but also is a true epitome of life being beautiful in the lap of darkness. For many people breathing and waiting for Christmas in these pandemic times - just one glimpse of northern lights is what their heart yearns for while for others it is a blissful sight to be beheld in their heart forever. Not to leave behind those who are living in oblivion - one quick google glance over the spectacular array of lights is what would definitely unleash a dream to catch their sight.
Why does it seem like a smell of human tendency to act hypocritically sometimes? If a dream life can breathe out in wiggling sunshine and snuggle close to northern lights, then why can't we call it perfect when bright and dark days make a life. The problem never existed in the candle of happiness being blown off from our lives - the problem always lies in us trying to make vain effects to elope the darkness of life. Sometimes some creases are not meant to be straightened out - sometimes they are just meant to be lived out. This might seem like approaching the grand gateway of a philosophical paradise where the chants of accepting all good and bad times can be heard from far and wide.
Holding onto the need of addressing the practical ways of approaching life, let's leave this slide to paradise for a while, and let's take a quick detour to the world of Northern Lights. Quite scientifically, this nature's artwork is born when high speeding electrical participles manage to leak through Earth's blanket of Magnetic fields. Imagine, how beautiful is the sudden outbreak of the accepted way of thing happening. Why not be a little naughty and steal little inspiration from this majestic plan of the universe. I am sure the universe would not mind.
So, hear out the forever whispering plan. We are bound to have dark times. What we are caught up is in an ultimate web of trying to escape the grief that comes along. How about we jerk the life wide awake by letting go our urge to chase happiness. How about we finally accept life is a sine wave - which will take form only when we accept the lows of life. This happens only when we don't isolate these sad chapters of life and simply pause to grief for a while. Since the very beginning, our reindeer of life are so struck up to chase the elated times of life that when they sense a roadblock of sadness they are tempted to seize the next highway to happiness. Well, little do they know that highway is not going away. Happy times are not running away. What is required is to pause, freeze in the cold moments, and grief for what has happened. Whether a heartbreak, loss of valued opportunity, or simply the fading flower of dreams - life would become so much better if we don't just accept these highs and lows but also grief our sad times.
Sometimes, just sitting with that cup of coffee or while enjoying the dreamy downpour of raindrops- let's just allow our heart to unburden our soul by grieving, crying, and thinking about bad moments too. Life would be so simple. The emotional baggage we proudly troll along with will not weigh anymore. Once, you allow your tears to complete the sad chapters - you will not be burdened with sad moments coming back in small parts. So, not just celebrations of joyous moments - but also let us give some pajama parties or cozy sittings under blankets with the opportunity to feel our feelings and think about the bad times too.
Well, opposites do attract . You never know when your nose is red and cheeks are flushed up with warmth of sadness - the cupid for love story of happiness and sadness might play its cards and bless you with vision to see better things and embrace the next opportunity to smile again. So next time, if your life derails its path, allow yourself a moment to be sad because like always it just darkest before dawn.
It is unbelievable thought , this is a good one.ππ

ReplyDeleteWe make our own world , we imagine so many things by our own believe, we have had no experience for that. Our joy and smile goes away many times when it does not match with our expectations. Our joy and sorrows originates from our believing . Our believing depends on our education . We have both phases of life like in these beautiful line describe. Without darkness light is meaning less. Sadness and sorrows are also part of our life. But when it goes in deepest form it may change one's complete life. We need to take lessons from our environment rather than getting caught own. Thanks for sharing beautiful lines.
